CLI 14" Color Monitor "GRID ON SCREEN"

If you see a screen that looks like this:
The screen will reverse it's image (black to white, and white to black) every 5 seconds.
Problem: The monitor has been powered on with the VGA cable disconnected from the base logic unit.
Solution: The VGA cable will need to be securely connected to the terminal logic unit then cycle the power on the monitor.
