Windows 98 Compatibility

In general, our emulation products that work under Windows 95 should work under Windows 98.  Windows 98 is however different.  For example IBM's Client Access for Windows 95/NT V3R1M3 does require a Service Pack for Windows 98.

InfoPro (5250-IP card) has been tested with Windows 98 and is supported in this environment.  Our DOS software M5250 has also been tested under Windows 98.

Our CLI32 (5250-I/IP card) customers that upgrade to Windows 98 should experience no problems.  We cannot, however, guarantee that there will be no problems.

Our Win5250-Elite (5250-E7/I7 card) and Win5250-EA (5250-I card) emulation software cannot be guaranteed to work under Windows 98, although in general they do work.

Software for the 5250-E/E2 cards will not work under Windows 95 or 98 (there may be exceptions, ignore them).
