If you are upgrading from Window 95 or 98 to Windows 2000 on a PC with InfoPro already installed, remove InfoPro and re-install after the upgrade to Windows 2000. InfoPro determines the Operating System (OS) type at install time - it needs to be installed again if the OS changes in type; e.g. from Win95/98 to Win2000 (avoid I/O Port Service Fail error).
