Your New Customer Deals for Account Protection!
By
registering new customer deals with CLI, all PartnerPLUS members can become
eligible for account protection on a designated end-user account. Account
protection ensures that the designated reseller is the first point of reference
if the end-user contacts CLI directly. Additionally, the CLI Technical and
Sales Teams will provide priority support to protected deals vs. unprotected
deals. It is our goal to assist in closing new deals, eliminate channel
conflict, and make every effort possible to reward resellers that identify new
opportunities. Gold and Platinum PartnerPLUS members are also eligible for
significant back-end rebates on registered new deals under the New
Customer Rewards Program.

Terms
and conditions:
- Registration
is not a guarantee of account protection. All registrations will be
kept confidential and assigned protection at the discretion of CLI.
- There
will be only one protected reseller per end-user account. If there are
multiple requests for the same end-user, protection will be assigned on a
first come, first serve basis, at the discretion of CLI, or not assigned at
all.
- CLI
has the right to revoke protection if the protected reseller is not
providing the level of service that CLI customers expect or the deal is in
jeopardy of being lost. CLI will make every effort to maintain
protection whenever possible.
