ET4500g and ET5500g
PLACENTIA, CA – April 27, 2005 – Computer Lab International, Inc. (CLI), a leading provider of hardware, software and services for the thin client computing market introduces two new high performance thin client devices - the ET4500g and the ET5500g.
The Powerful ET4500g- Windows CE 5 device, with high-performance CPU, multiple I/O ports including full legacy port connectivity, internal power supply, metal case and security lock slot.
the Expandable ET5500g - Adds a PCMCIA expansion slot for optional 802.11b wireless functionality.
Both models are powered by
Microsoft Windows CE 5, have Microsoft RDP and Citrix ICA protocol on board; to
access Windows applications as well as multiple terminal emulations to access
midrange, mainframe, UNIX and other legacy applications.
Both also include an Internet Explorer browser to access Web-based
applications. And they both come
bundled with CLI SNMP Administrator software, to provide administrators complete
control of all CLI desktops.
Standard configuration of the ET4500g and ET5500g come complete with a keyboard, mouse and a three-year warranty. Many upgrade options are available, including monitor, keyboard, memory and warranty upgrades.
The ET4500g and ET5500g are
both available immediately through CLI resellers worldwide.
